Following is the text of an email sent out to all members on the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NYSACDL) List Serve:
This is to advise that the four victorious lawyers who won up and down acquittals on the murder case before Judge Obus and a jury were Tom Dunn, David Perlmutter, David Touger and Dave Blackstone. Special appreciation to retired crime scene Detective Charlie Hasse on the ballistics, Howard Adelman MD on the pathology,and Larry Kobilinski Phd on the DNA all of whose assistance was essential for victory.
